Getting Started With Your Products

In this page you will find general information about how-to-use your product.

To access your available downloads and license keys, you need to log-in into your account on the FLAG Visuals website.
Note: If you purchased a product before, your account already exist.

After purchasing a product, you can access your available downloads by clicking on the Downloads button from the left side menu once you are logged into the account page. From there you can see all availables product you can download.

To download your product, simply click on the purple button.

To access your available license keys, click on the License Keys button from the left side menu in the account page.
From there you can see all available license keys you can use to activate your products.

  1. License Key
    Enter this key during the initial setup to activate your product.
  2. Activation Status
    The activation status indicates whether your license key is available or currently in use: 0 means the key is available for activation, while 1 means it is active/already in-use. Select View (3) to manage your license.
  3. Managing License Key
    Select View to inspect your license details. If the key is currently active, its activation status will be displayed. Under the Actions menu, you can deactivate your license. Please note that deactivating a license does not delete it; it simply frees up the license to be activated again on any system.

Once you downloaded your product, you will have an .mzp or a .zip file. If you have a .zip file, you need to extract the .mzp from it anywhere on your computer.

A .mzp file is basically a .zip file that contain instruction for 3ds Max.

There is two ways you can install the .mzp file:

  • Drag and Drop the .mzp file into your 3ds Max viewport.
  • Go to the Scripting menu and use Run Script to pick and execute the .mzp file.

Important

Installing most of our products requires Administrator privileges in 3ds Max. If your Windows user account does not have Admin rights, right-click the 3ds Max icon and select Run as Administrator. Once running in Admin mode, install .mzp files by navigating to Scripting > Run Script.

You can find your order details and an invoice by going to the Orders tab in your account.
